b max Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing bmax.bio, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. This acceptance is recorded at the point of registration and constitutes a binding contract between you and b max.

These Terms are written in plain English and intended to be understood clearly by players in Pakistan. If any clause is unclear, please contact our support team before registering — not after a dispute has arisen. b max reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify players of material changes via email or in-platform notification where possible.

02Eligibility

To open and use a b max account you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. b max operates a strict 18+ policy. We take age verification seriously and will request documents to confirm your age if required. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
• You must be a natural person — corporations, partnerships and other legal entities may not register as players.
• You must not be self-excluded from b max or any other gaming operator in a jurisdiction that shares exclusion data with us.
• You must not be registering on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have had a previous b max account that was closed by us for breach of these Terms.

b max reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

03Account Registration

Each player may hold only one b max account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. If you already hold a b max account, you may not register a second one under a different name, email address, phone number or payment method. Where duplicate accounts are identified, both accounts may be closed and balances handled at our discretion.

When registering, you must provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. b max cannot be held responsible for issues arising from inaccurate account information you have provided.

Your account credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. Do not share them with anyone. b max will never ask you for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately. Losses incurred through account sharing or failure to keep credentials secure are your responsibility unless b max's negligence can be demonstrated.

• One account per person, per household and per device where evidence of shared use is identified.
• Accounts are personal — they may not be transferred, sold or otherwise assigned to another person.
• b max may require identity verification (CNIC copy, selfie with document) before processing withdrawals.
• All balances, bets and records are tied to the individual account holder — not to a device or payment method.

04Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on b max are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Your b max balance is always shown in Rs. No currency conversion is applied and there are no hidden exchange rate markups. The minimum deposit is Rs 200 and the minimum withdrawal is Rs 500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

b max supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The specific payment methods available to your account may vary based on your account verification status and transaction history.

Deposits are credited to your b max balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number. b max is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawals are processed according to the following guidelines:

• Standard withdrawal processing: 5–15 minutes for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay).
• Bank IBFT transfers: 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
• b max VIP Club members receive priority withdrawal processing.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method you own and have previously used to deposit. b max does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• b max reserves the right to request verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a fraud prevention measure applied in good faith.
• Withdrawals of unusually large amounts may require additional review time. Players will be notified if this applies.

05Betting Rules

When you place a bet or wager on b max, you are entering into a transaction that is governed by these Terms as well as the specific rules applicable to the market, game or event you are betting on. The specific rules for each sport, game type and market are displayed within the relevant section of b max and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The following general betting rules apply to all b max products:

• Confirmed bets are final. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by b max, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. The exception is where a market offers a specific cash-out or bet edit feature, in which case those features operate according to their own displayed rules.
• Minimum bet is Rs 50 across all sports markets and most casino games. Specific titles may have different minimums, which are displayed before play.
• Odds at time of placement apply. If odds change between you selecting a price and your bet being confirmed, the price at confirmation is the binding price. b max uses automated acceptance and prices are updated in real time.
• b max reserves the right to void bets where they were placed on obviously incorrect odds (a significant pricing error), where the event outcome was already known at time of placement (bet acceptance failure), or where the bet was placed using a prohibited method or account.
• Maximum winnings per bet or per day may apply. These limits are displayed on relevant markets and exist to manage risk across the platform.
• In-play betting: Markets are sometimes suspended during live events — around significant events like goals, wickets or injuries. Bets placed during a suspension may be voided. This is displayed in the interface where applicable.
• Event postponement or cancellation: Where an event is postponed and not completed within 24 hours of the original scheduled time, bets will be voided and stakes returned. Exceptions apply to specific markets that are explicitly designated as action-regardless bets — these are marked clearly.

For jackpot slot games and casino titles, the rules of each game — including RTP, payline structures and bonus round conditions — are displayed within the game itself. These rules are set by the game provider and have been verified by b max. All game outcomes are generated by certified random number generation (RNG) systems.

06Bonuses and Promotions

b max offers bonuses, free bets and promotional rewards to players from time to time. Each individual promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion and which players must read before opting in. These general provisions apply to all b max promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are personal — they may only be used by the account holder they were issued to and may not be transferred.
• Bonuses have a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount must be bet before the resulting balance can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the specific promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• b max reserves the right to withdraw a bonus from an account if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of a technical error or use of bonus funds in a manner clearly contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
• Only one bonus may typically be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms say otherwise.
• Winnings generated from free bets or bonus funds may be subject to maximum withdrawal limits as stated in the specific promotion terms.
• b max reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, players who have already opted in and met the conditions to that point will be treated fairly on a case-by-case basis.

07Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on b max and constitute a serious breach of these Terms. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct may be suspended or closed immediately, with all bonuses forfeited and balances handled according to the nature of the breach:

• Fraud: Using stolen payment methods, providing false identity information or conducting any transaction that constitutes financial fraud.
• Collusion: In any live game or betting market, coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage — including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, team betting in live casino or sharing information in real time across multiple accounts on the same event.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting price differences between b max and other operators in a manner that constitutes structured arbitrage. Casual line shopping is not prohibited but systematic professional arbitrage is.
• Use of bots or automated tools: Using any software, script, browser extension or other automated tool to place bets, interact with games or exploit any platform feature without human input.
• Exploiting technical errors: If a technical fault causes incorrect odds, game outcomes or account credits, you must notify b max support immediately. Exploiting a known error — continuing to bet on incorrect odds or retaining incorrect credits — constitutes prohibited conduct.
• Money laundering: Using b max for any purpose related to the proceeds of crime, including depositing funds through the platform as a means of laundering money. b max complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity.
• Underage gambling: Knowingly allowing a person under 18 to access your account, providing funds to a person under 18 for gambling purposes or registering an account for a minor.

08Responsible Gaming

b max is committed to responsible gaming and takes player wellbeing seriously. We offer a full suite of tools to help you manage your gaming activity. These tools are available in your account settings at any time and take effect immediately or within a short specified period:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum on how much you can deposit to your b max account.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum amount you can lose over a defined period. Once reached, betting is paused until the limit period resets.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications when you have been logged in for a set amount of time.
• Reality checks: Regular on-screen reminders showing how long you have been playing and how much your net position is for the session.
• Self-exclusion: Exclude yourself from b max for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or indefinitely. During self-exclusion, your account is closed, you cannot register a new account and b max will take reasonable steps to prevent you from logging in.
• Account cooling-off: Take a short break of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days without full self-exclusion.

09Privacy and Data

b max collects and processes personal data as part of providing the platform. The full detail of what data we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it and what your rights are is set out in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering with b max, you consent to us processing your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy. The key points relevant to players in Pakistan are:

• We collect registration information (name, date of birth, contact details, CNIC number where provided for KYC), transaction records, gameplay data and communication records.
• We use this data to provide the platform, verify your identity, process payments, detect fraud and comply with legal obligations.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• We share data with payment processors (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay etc.) only to the extent necessary to process your transactions.
• You can request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data or deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations) by contacting support@bmax.bio.

10Limitation of Liability

b max provides the platform on an "as available" basis and makes reasonable efforts to ensure it operates reliably, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. We are not liable for losses arising from:

• Platform downtime caused by maintenance, technical faults or circumstances outside our reasonable control (including internet service disruptions, power outages or force majeure events).
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including Easypaisa, JazzCash or your bank.
• Bets not placed or placed incorrectly due to device, browser or connection issues on your side.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep account credentials secure.
• Changes to odds or markets after you have placed a bet and before the event concludes, provided those changes occurred within the normal operation of the market.

In all cases where b max liability is found to exist, our maximum liability to any individual player is limited to the amount they deposited in the calendar month in which the liability arose, or Rs 50,000, whichever is lower — except in cases of fraud or wilful misconduct by b max.

11Account Closure

You may close your b max account at any time by contacting support@bmax.bio or using the account closure option in your settings. On closure, any positive balance will be returned to your nominated payment method subject to identity verification. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in the normal course and the results applied to your balance before final withdrawal.

b max reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict any account at any time where we have reasonable grounds to believe:

• The account holder has breached these Terms in any material respect.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal or prohibited purposes.
• The account holder is under 18 years of age.
• There is a risk to the security or integrity of the platform or other players.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires us to do so.

Where an account is closed by b max for breach of these Terms, any bonus balance or bonus-derived funds may be forfeited. Deposited funds that have not been obtained through prohibited conduct will be returned after any deductions to which b max is entitled. b max will communicate the reason for closure wherever we are legally permitted to do so.

12Changes to These Terms

b max may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, legal requirements or best practices. When material changes are made, we will notify active players via email or in-platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable. For minor clarifications or non-substantive amendments, changes may take effect immediately upon posting.

The version of these Terms displayed on the b max website is always the current version. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects when the most recent revision was made. If you continue to use b max after updated Terms are posted, you have accepted those updated Terms.

If you do not agree with any change to these Terms, you may close your account without penalty before the change takes effect and receive your balance in accordance with the account closure provisions above.
